Maybe your brain never seems to shut off, you feel pressure from perfectionism to do things “right,” or you avoid daunting tasks until the stress feels overwhelming. You may also be used to putting the needs of others before your own, leaving you with little time or energy to recharge and care for yourself.

My therapeutic approach is integrative and tailored to your unique needs and goals. I draw from the mind-body connection, mindfulness/self-compassion, and cognitive strategies. Sessions may include somatic interventions or cognitive exploration to help build new patterns that make stress/anxiety management supportive and sustainable for you.
