My Background and Approach
I take a mind–body approach to therapy, often slowing down to notice what’s happening in your body, including tension, breath, or changes in activation, and letting this information shape our work. In working with me, I would provide the space for you to feel heard, validated, and accepted. I feel strongly about using our mind-body connection to manage mental health symptoms. I am passionate about meeting you where-you-are-at each time that we work together, while simultaneously encouraging growth towards the long-term therapeutic goals we set.
