My ideal clients want to grow, improve how they relate to themselves and others, and create lasting, meaningful change in their everyday lives.

I incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and self-awareness tools to help you explore thought patterns, build emotional resilience, and reconnect with your values. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can feel seen, heard, and supported as you work toward your goals—at your own pace, in your way.
