My Background and Approach
Utilizing techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), we will work together to identify and transform your unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors, fostering a healthier mindset and enabling you to take control of your emotional well-being. I also utilize interventions from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Psychodynamic and Person-Centered therapy.
