About My Clients
You are enough. You've spent years being who everyone needed, showing up while quietly losing track of yourself. The performing, the people-pleasing, the constant effort to get it right. In our work together we slow down and actually listen to what's been underneath all of it. We look at where those patterns came from, what they protected, and whether they still need to. Then we figure out what comes next.
My Background and Approach
Therapy isn't one size fits all, and I don't treat it that way. My approach is collaborative and draws from EMDR, somatic, parts-based, and psychodynamic frameworks depending on what you actually need. We'll look at early experiences, attachment patterns, and the cultural and family messages that shaped how you see yourself and what you believe you deserve. You're the expert on your own experience. I follow your lead.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe a huge part of how we show up today was shaped long before we had words for it. The beliefs we formed about our worth, our safety, and what we deserve didn't come from nowhere. They came from early relationships, family systems, cultural messages, and the experiences that taught us how to survive. Those beliefs run quietly in the background, shaping everything. I know this not just clinically but personally. I've done my own version of this work, navigating identity, cultural pressure, and major life transitions. I came to this work because I needed it first. That shapes how I show up for the people I sit with. Anxiety, depression, perfectionism, negative self-talk. These aren't character flaws. They're adaptations. And they can change. This is not a road you have to walk alone.
