My Background and Approach
Just as much of our wounding happens in relationships, I believe that much of our healing also happens in relationships. The relationship we build becomes the vehicle of change and safe place to practice relating to yourself and others differently. I bring in my training & tools as a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist to support you in creating the life and relationships you desire. I use an eclectic approach with my clients, drawing on evidence based treatment practices like CBT, DT, Psychodynamic, Gottman Method, and EMDR to find what works for each client. I have additional training in Prepare Enrich assessments for couples as well as EMDR to effectively & efficiently heal trauma.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I consider it an absolute honor to accompany my clients on their journey of healing. I believe that every person is inherently valuable and worthy of love, whether our society's structures convey that or not.
