Rebuilding healthy attachments in our relationships is often crucial in the process to developing last change. I have found that most problems occur in the “in-between” but due to poor attachment bonds, it can be difficult to feel secure to express those concerns.
I believe that the symptoms of anxiety are normal responses for when we were being chased by death at every turn. Those previously helpful qualities in modern society are no longer helpful and often leave us feeling exhausted and overwhelmed. I can help you reframe those experiences so the become less burdensome.
As some one that has some how made it to adulthood with inattentive ADHD, I have learned all kinds of brain hacks to help you make the world work with your creative brain instead of feeling as though you are failing at life.
