I enjoy working with a wide range of clients experiencing relational & individual therapeutic needs. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, communication and relational concerns, & stress-management.
My Background and Approach
My style is collaborative, systemic, & client-centered. I provide therapy Monday through Friday, in-person & telehealth options are available. Clients also have access to my Golden Retriever, Charlie who is available as a comfort animal. Current clients have reported that they enjoy having him in session as a way to self-soothe.
