About My Clients
My ideal clients are those who have been criticized for thinking too much or feeling too deeply. I work best with clients who are thoughtful, introspective individuals seeking clarity, meaning, and growth. They may feel stuck, overwhelmed, in transition following loss, and want to explore life's big questions, heal from emotional challenges, and cultivate inner wisdom in a supportive, reflective space. We navigate challenges through philosophical insight and guided reflection.
My Background and Approach
Holding a PhD and master’s in philosophy and having taught at the university level, I guide others with the same depth and curiosity I bring to my scholarship. As a certified philosophical counselor, I help clients reflect on life’s questions, uncover personal meaning, and navigate transitions with awareness and confidence. Our work together fosters insight, perspective, and a sense of direction rooted in thoughtful reflection. The focus in this work is not on labeling or fixing, but on soulful listening and leaving space for the questions we hold instead of rushing for quick answers. It is rare in today's world to truly slow down and sit with one's own mind. Here, through intentional conversation, we can trace the roots of your most pressing struggles, examine hidden assumptions, and create space for new ways of seeing. Whether you're navigating grief, a search for purpose, or creative stagnation, philosophical counseling offers a space to rise above and realign with your highest self
