Being a parent can be incredibly stressful and overwhelming, especially when your child is struggling with mental health. You may feel scared, desperate, or frustrated because nothing seems to help. You want to support your child, but you just aren’t sure what to do anymore. If this has been your experience, you’re not alone. I’m here to help.
My Background and Approach
Through a person-centered approach, I focus on building a therapeutic relationship to create a safe space where individuals, parents, and children can succeed. I help my clients feel empowered to overcome mental health challenges. I employ client-centered collaboration between myself, parents, and children throughout the healing journey. I have spent the last 5 years of my life working with children in a variety of settings and at many different developmental levels.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe all children should be given the tools they need to succeed in life. Especially in a world that isn't built for them. I also believe that parents should be given more support. Parenting is hard! It takes a village.
