About My Clients

Whether you're facing stress, anxiety, depression, loss, relationship struggles, or seeking personal growth, I am here to guide and support you every step of the way. You deserve to live a life free of shame and full of connection, growth, and joy. Let’s connect!

My Background and Approach

In our work together, I aim to help you uncover and address the roots of guilt and shame that may be holding you back, empowering you to embrace self-compassion and healing. I integrate Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and attachment theory to create a personalized approach that meets your unique needs.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

As a person-centered therapist, my goal is to provide a supportive space where you feel valued and understood. I have a special interest in supporting mothers and parents as they navigate the challenges and joy of parenthood. Additionally, I work with teens, families, and couples, helping them build stronger relationships and deeper understanding. My background in education has helped me hone my ability to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds, foster growth, and adapt to unique learning styles—insights I now use to support clients on their personal journeys.
