About My Clients
First off, congratulations on taking the first — very courageous — step in making a change in your life! It can be hard to reach out and start the journey of therapy. And here we are. We can begin helping you make improvements in your life now. I believe that people have the power to make the change that they desire in their life. With that in mind, I believe in meeting you where you are at and working together to instill and implement change. This will help you to achieve your goals!
My Background and Approach
Have little ones or those who are 13 going on 30? I enjoy working with both kids and teens. Helping them navigate the world around them and challenges they are facing is an honor. I also have a passion for helping adults navigate life transitions, relationship problems, career concerns, depression, anxiety and any other situation that life may throw your way. Being a former collegiate athlete, I can help work with teenagers or college students to navigate their athletic and personal lives, performance anxiety, and the challenges that come with juggling both athletic and school performance. Along with being a former athlete, I suffer from an autoimmune disease and can relate to the challenges that come from suffering from a lifelong condition.
