Parenting is hard. Being a kid is hard. We all do the best we can with what we know. However, at times life is overwhelming, and life’s challenges can get in the way of kids being able to thrive as their best, most emotionally regulated selves. Whether it's anxiety, anger, life transitions, school troubles, self-esteem, or just life (because being a growing human is tough stuff), we are here to help.
My Background and Approach
In play therapy, children feel empowered to explore their feelings, behaviors, and challenges in ways that are naturally engaging. I am passionate about providing play therapy to children ages 3 to 12 who are struggling with big feelings and big behaviors. I also work with children who have faced and overcome challenges, including grief and loss, attachment and relationship concerns, oppositional behaviors, anger management, ADHD, depression, anxiety, and adjustment issues.
