About My Clients
I have worked with a multicultural population informed by narrative and psychodynamic theories. My main goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental, and empathetic environment for my clients while exploring the different factors that are contributing to their difficulties today, whether they are linked to regrets or traumas from the past, stresses about the present, or concerns about the future.
My Background and Approach
I see therapy as a process where we gain a deeper understanding of ourselves and the factors impacting our lives. My approach focuses on reframing the mind, reparenting self to heal from old inner child wounds, and exploring self-worth.
