My Background and Approach
For the past 10 years, my experience consists of working with children, adolescents, and adults. I offer Play Therapy for children as young as 6 and offer Expressive Arts Therapy for adolescents. I have experience working with adolescents with self-harming behaviors, suicidal ideations, anxiety, and depression. I specialize in trauma-informed care. I am here to walk beside you as you rediscover who you are to get a healthier perspective about yourself, others, and life. My hope is to offer an accepting, warm, and calming environment as you work through what’s making you feel “stuck”. Let’s work together to help you redefine your purpose!
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Every person is the director of their own life, but when overwhelming situations arise, we may lose focus of that direction. We may start to think negatively about ourselves, questioning our safety, and trying to make sense of what's going on becomes too exhausting. I am here to help you find healthy ways of thinking, healthy ways of coping, and begin a healthy relationship with yourself. I provide a safe, non-judgmental environment, to help you find your compass and your purpose again.
