As a Licensed Master Social Worker, I am skilled in helping individuals manage and reduce symptoms of depression. I use evidence-based therapeutic techniques, supportive guidance, and a compassionate approach to help clients explore the roots of their low mood, identify unhelpful patterns, and build healthier coping strategies. I provide a safe, non-judgmental environment where clients can increase motivation, strengthen emotional resilience, and begin moving toward a greater sense of balance.
