About My Clients
Have you ever felt like you weren't yourself or things are not working out in your best interest? l I am here for all of those symptoms. Each session is designed to increase your self-awareness of your thoughts and experiences while also focusing on your unique personal goals. As your therapist, my goal is to help you improve your ability to process your thoughts, challenge all negativity, and increase your ability to focus on yourself and solutions in order to improve your way of thinking.
My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 15 years of experience working in the field at various levels. I earned a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health with honors. I enjoy assisting others in achieving their personal goals and assisting them in functioning independently. I am sociable, outgoing, an excellent communicator, and caring. I will utilize Cognitive Behavioral Interventions and Solution Focused Therapy. Incorporating a way to restructure your thinking, as well as assisting you in defining your life goal and developing a solution.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am a human being, and I have the belief that all humans, including myself, go through challenging experiences and/or engage in behaviors that are not always warranted or considered appropriate by other people. Having said that, I am not here to pass judgment, and I have a personal belief that everyone possesses the ability to evolve. If you are willing to learn new ways to process the issues at hand, then you have already made the stance to make a change for yourself and your well-being. Although not everyone will like everything, if you are willing to learn new ways to deal with the problems, then you will progress. I have complete faith in this assertion.
