Therapy can be uncomfortable and difficult, but that is how change happens. I like to make the process of change less challenging for people by making therapy about making a connection with someone, and providing a safe, supportive environment. My Background and Approach
As a Family Therapist, I am trained to look at the whole system. I thrive at working with diverse clientele. I utilize Narrative therapy, Experiential Techniques, Play, Music, Art Therapies and a collection of eclectic options to help clients learn and master effective skills to improve their personal life and their relationships with loved ones.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
