About My Clients

Mental Health plays an important role in performance. As a healthcare professional and former collegiate soccer player, I understand the unique pressures and challenges we face in highly stressful professional roles and as competitive athletes. The demands and expectations to succeed, both from ourselves and others can sometimes drive us to a breaking point. Learning to manage and cope with these demands is my goal at Bridging the Gap CC.

My Background and Approach

I believe physical, mental, and emotional health are all connected. My focus is on addressing the needs of the whole person both inside and outside a traditional mental health setting. I started this practice to bridge those gaps and offer a more preventative and restorative approach to mental health.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

Mental health plays a big role in your overall well-being. When you’re mentally healthy, you are able to enjoy your life and the people in it, feel good about yourself, and deal with stress. It’s normal for your mental health to shift over time – we all face difficult situations in our lives. Creating positive habits is a great way to support your mental health when you're doing well and helps you build skills to use if you do face symptoms of a mental health condition.
