About My Clients

My clients are individuals, couples, and families across Washington State who feel caught in repetitive, exhausting cycles. They are often high-functioning partners stuck in communication stalemates, families navigating major life transitions, or adults carrying the quiet weight of anxiety and climate grief. They are ready to move past blame and bring curiosity to the hidden rules shaping their lives. I match their courage by providing a warm, collaborative online space to heal.

My Background and Approach

My therapeutic approach is rooted in the belief that you are not broken; rather, you are likely caught in painful, exhausting cycles that no longer serve you. As an Antioch Seattle graduate and systemic therapist, I look at the whole picture of your life. I provide a warm, collaborative online space for individuals, couples, and families across Washington State who are navigating anxiety, major life transitions, communication stalemates, or the heavy weight of climate grief. Gently informed by narrative and relational lenses, my work focuses on separating the person from the problem. Together, we will bring compassion and curiosity to the invisible family rules, cultural contexts, and protective survival strategies—like over-functioning or blame—that shape your relationships. Rather than keeping you trapped in old patterns, our goal is to safely untangle these rigid loops so you can co-create a preferred, healthier shared story built on true clarity, connection, and care.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe that healing is fundamentally a collaborative and relational act. We do not exist in a vacuum, and we cannot untangle our struggles in isolation. So much of the pain we carry as individuals, couples, and families comes from trying to survive in rigid systems or under the heavy weight of outside pressures—including societal expectations, cultural contexts, and systemic issues like climate grief. My core conviction is that you are entirely separate from the problems you face. You are not broken, and your relationships are not inherently flawed; you are simply caught in exhausting, repetitive loops. I believe that when we bring genuine curiosity and mindful self-compassion to our old survival strategies—like over-functioning, blame, or disconnection—we strip away the shame that keeps us stuck. My goal is to hold a warm, safe online space where every voice is truly valued, empowering you to break free from painful cycles and co-create a healthier, more connected collective story
