My Background and Approach
I use evidence based modalities such as CBT, DBT and EMDR to treat individuals, children, and adolescents. who might be victims of domestic violence, other trauma survivors, PTSD and complex PTSD, depression, anxiety, religious trauma, and the queer community. When you have trust in your therapist and feel comfortable in session the therapeutic work can be powerful and healing and finding the right match is essential! I want to help you live the life you see for yourself: healthy relationships, life with balance, no more stress and no more anxiety. I see you and I can help. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am an animal lover that rescues too many strays, but I love each and every one. I am an advocate and ally of the queer community. I believe everyone has the right to live and love who they choose. I believe in equity and social justice. Most of all I believe in happiness. Each individual has the right to feel happiness and joy. I would love the opportunity to meet you where you are at and help in your healing journey.
