About My Clients
I work with individuals 17–65+ who feel stuck, stretched thin, or unsure what’s next. Many are used to being the capable one (parents, healthcare professionals, leaders), holding it together on the outside while things feel more complicated underneath. I’m neurodiversity-affirming, and I help clients make sense of patterns, laugh when we can, and move forward in a way that fits real life.
My Background and Approach
I’m a licensed psychologist with training in therapy, executive functioning and ADHD support, and leadership development. I’ve worked across healthcare and systems-based settings, so I understand both the individual experience and the larger pressures people are navigating. My approach is collaborative, practical, and grounded in real life. We’re not just talking about insight for the sake of insight. We’re looking at patterns, building skills where it’s helpful, and finding ways to apply what we’re learning in your day-to-day life. I tend to be direct, warm, and flexible in how we work together. Some sessions are more reflective, some are more structured, and most are a mix. The goal is to help you move forward in a way that feels aligned, manageable, and actually sustainable.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I’m strengths-based, always. Not in a “everything is fine” way, but in a “this makes sense, and there’s something here we can work with” way. Even patterns that aren’t working often reflect strengths that can be redirected toward growth. I believe language matters. The way we talk to ourselves and others shapes how we make sense of things. I pay close attention to language and meet you in the way you already naturally communicate. I also believe humor has a place in therapy. Not to minimize what’s hard, but to help us breathe, zoom out, and occasionally laugh at the very human patterns we all fall into.
