My Background and Approach
I am a holistic therapist. I focus on the whole person, the mind, body, spirit, and environment. Insight and understanding of your emotions, thoughts, and feelings will increase your confidence and overall well-being. I provide therapy to individuals, families, and relationships. I have worked with chronic persistent mental illness, life stressors, incarcerated individuals, unhoused people, and inpatient and outpatient, and many others. Every client has one thing in common, a strong desire to regain control of their lives and get better. I teach you the skills needed to regain that control. Therapists call these "tools". As you move through the therapeutic process, you begin to view life's challenges with new insight and understanding. The client begins to learn that their past does not define them. We start where you are today, now! Forward-thinking acquiring the tools that I have perfected, during twenty-five years of practice. No two clients are the same, you are an individual!
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe in a higher power. I truly feel that we as human beings have a moral obligation to one another. More importantly, I believe in right and wrong. I feel that all people desire, deserve, and should expect to be treated fairly. ALL people have the inalienable right to pursue their happiness.
