I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Trauma-Focused CBT, and I am certified as an Adoption Competent Therapist, Certified Health Coach, and can perform ESA evaluations. I take a solution-focused approach, integrating techniques from Positive Psychology to help you break free from unhelpful patterns, navigate life’s challenges, and create meaningful, lasting change. My goal is to provide a compassionate, supportive space where you can process experiences, build resilience, and live your best life.
