My Background and Approach
I am a licensed professional counselor and board certified telemental health provider in Mississippi with 27 years of professional work experience. I also earned my doctorate in counselor education from the University of Mississippi. I am skilled in helping clients with stress and anxiety, depression, coping with grief and loss, anger management, motivation, self esteem, body image, and confidence through techniques used in cognitive behavioral therapy. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I will tailor our dialogue and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
