My Background and Approach
I specialize in working with children and women in individual or group settings on improving self- confidence, self-esteem, managing emotions (depression, anxiety, anger, fear) social skills, problem-solving skills and effective communication skills through an eclectic approach consisting of CBT, DBT, reality, solution-focused and person- centered therapy.
