About My Clients
You don’t have to carry everything alone. I support kids, teens, and adults navigating anxiety, trauma, disability, or life changes. Many of my clients are caregivers, students, or parents balancing more than they can say out loud. As someone with ADHD and Autism, I understand what it’s like to feel different and unseen. My goal is to create a space where you feel supported, gain coping tools, and find hope as you move forward in school, family, and life.
My Background and Approach
I’m an LPC-Associate in Texas (supervised by Dwayne Frei, LPC-S) with a Master’s in Clinical Rehabilitation Counseling. My practice is fully virtual, so you can show up from the couch, car, or wherever feels right for you. I work with kids, teens, and adults facing anxiety, trauma, ADHD/Autism, disability, or the heavy weight of life changes. I often use CBT and DBT, but I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all model. My style shifts to match your personality and needs. My background in counseling and academic support helps me understand the stress of school, caregiving, and transitions, and my own ADHD/Autism gives me a personal lens of empathy. In our work together, you’ll find a supportive, down-to-earth space where you don’t have to explain every detail, and where coping strategies are practical, real, and designed to help you move forward with confidence.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I live in a very small Texas town, and while I love the closeness of community, I also know how isolating it can feel when your identity or struggles don’t fit the “norm.” That’s why advocacy is such a big part of who I am. I support LGBTQ+ rights, Black Lives Matter, disability justice, and suicide prevention, and I work to bring those values into both my personal life and counseling practice. As someone with ADHD and Autism, I’m especially committed to neurodiversity-affirming care and creating spaces where people don’t feel they have to hide or “mask.” I believe therapy should feel like a safe harbor, where every part of you is welcome. Even in small towns, voices matter, and I use mine to stand beside groups who deserve to be heard, valued, and supported.
