I believe that Cognitive Behavioral Therapy approaches are one of the most beneficial ways to address maladaptive thoughts and behaviors and increase more positive patterns. I use these approaches in my practice to teach and begin the process of independent change.

Everyone feel's a little nervous at times however, when that feeling of nerves takes over and paralyzes us it can become a problem. In therapy we can discover the root cause of this anxiety and learn alternative coping skills to resolve the symptoms and get you back to feeling like you.

Change is a natural part of life, that doesn't mean that it is easy or that we can always navigate it successfully. I have experience with assisting my client navigate life's changing dynamics and successfully resolve conflict.

Recovery can be an overwhelming concept. I am here to help make it less so. I have experience with the recovery community as well as a multitude of different approaches to recovery and sobriety.
