About My Clients
Lyndsey's passion areas include, but are not limited to: depression, anxiety (social and general) and ecoanxiety, self-esteem/self-worth, work or school stress/life balance difficulties, body-image concerns, relationship issues, spirituality and cultural concerns, infertility/TTC struggles, and overall life optimization and individual empowerment through core-self alignment.
My Background and Approach
Lyndsey has extensive experience serving her community in a variety of settings to better meet clients where they are for their mental health care. She has received Masters of Arts degree and Bachelors of Science from the University of Texas at Tyler. After graduation, Lyndsey spent years working closely with the community and those in need of mental health care without adequate resources, which has afforded her the experience to care for a variety of presenting problems and presentations. In addition, Lyndsey has undergone specific training for the facilitation of ecotherapy and other healing forms of nature-based therapy. While Lyndsey serves as the official therapist rendering your service, the ecotherapeutic approach encourages the acknowledgment of nature as your co-therapist.
