About My Clients
Do you feel like ADHD or past trauma keeps you on edge—always waiting for the next wave of feeling overwhelmed? The racing thoughts, restlessness, or sudden triggers can feel exhausting and out of control. I know how scary and frustrating that cycle can be, but you don’t have to stay stuck in it. With holistic practices and practical tools, I’ll help you calm your mind, heal from trauma, and take back control so you can live with more balance, freedom, and peace.
My Background and Approach
The tools I’ll share with you are ones I’ve refined throughout my career helping people with ADHD. I have dozens of strategies, but my goal is for you to walk away with at least five personalized techniques you can carry with you anywhere. These discreet exercises can provide quick relief whenever symptoms feel overwhelming. My approach is supportive and solution-focused—we’ll start with what’s bothering you most right now and work together to regain control over your body and thoughts. Over the past year, I’ve focused my clinical skills on reducing anxiety, attending trainings that teach cutting-edge methods. Together, we’ll explore what’s happening in your brain when ADHD symptoms or anxiety take over, and practice tools that help you shift and calm your nervous system. By understanding both your brain and body, you’ll build resilience, improve focus, and develop lasting strategies to manage challenges with confidence.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I see each of us as walking storybooks, carrying unique chapters that shape who we are. Like any character, we all have the ability to grow, change, and rewrite parts of our story at any time. I believe there’s no limit to human potential, and that many mental health struggles stem from learned behaviors we once needed to cope—but those can be unlearned and replaced with healthier patterns. Curiosity and gratitude are powerful keys to personal growth. I know this firsthand: as a child, I struggled with severe depression and ADHD, but through therapy I learned how to manage them so they no longer defined me. I’ve found freedom and peace, and I want you to experience that same sense of possibility in your own life. My practice is open and welcoming to everyone, and I’d love to walk alongside you as you create the changes you’re ready for.
