I provide an atmosphere which is judgment free, thus empowering growth and self-discovery. I am skillful and specialize in clients with neurocognitive disorders, while assisting their caregivers. Additional areas include anxiety, depression, self-esteem, sports performance, family caregiver & job related stress.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that everyone can change and grow at any time in their lives. I don't believe that there is a limit to human capacity. What sets me apart from other therapist, I acquaint myself with new techniques and relevant information. I spend ample time listening to your ambitions and accomplishments. Each person is in their own life learning transformation and collaboratively we will formulate goals to meet your individual needs.
