About My Clients

I enjoy working with people who are navigating relationship struggles, attachment wounds, shame, trauma, or the lasting impact of purity culture. I also have a special passion for supporting caregivers of those with Alzheimer’s disease, helping them process the weight of grief, transitions, and identity shifts that often arise in the caregiving journey.

My Background and Approach

My approach to therapy is integrative, drawing primarily from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help you connect with your values, even in the midst of pain or uncertainty. If you're curious about how your past has shaped your present, I offer Narrative Storyboard as a gentle, creative way to explore those earlier chapters and the role they play in your current identity. I also incorporate Brainspotting and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), which are trauma-informed approaches that support deep healing beyond talk therapy.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I know how much courage vulnerability requires, so I hope to honor you by building trust and not rushing the therapeutic process. I seek to provide a safe, non-judgmental space to explore your emotions, sit with the hard questions, and find refuge from life’s overwhelming moments. Together, we will embrace the full range of what it means to be human—celebrating, questioning, creating, lamenting, seeking, learning, and everything in between.
