About My Clients
Are you tired of having to educate your therapist about your cultural background, traditions and practices? My mission is to create a safe and inclusive space for individuals of all cultures. I specialize in working with individuals who are interested in exploring intergenerational trauma, racial trauma, immigration trauma, parentification, complex trauma, anxiety, and depression. My approach is holistic, humanistic and trauma-informed.
My Background and Approach
As a member of the neurodivergent community herself, my clients and I navigate the complex landscape of neurodiversity, celebrating the unique strengths it brings while addressing the challenges with empathy and understanding. I use a variety of modalities to provide a range of support that would be tailored to an individual's needs. I do not believe that one size fits all, and am always learning and growing.
