About My Clients
I believe a strong therapeutic relationship is the foundation for lasting change. I create a safe, supportive space for individuals and couples facing anxiety, depression, addiction, family conflict, divorce, parenting, and relationship challenges. I also help clients build self-esteem and healthier communication. With a financial background, I support couples in navigating money-related stress and developing more collaborative approaches to finances.
My Background and Approach
My approach is relational and grounded in authenticity. I integrate evidence-based modalities including Family Systems, Person-Centered Therapy, Mindfulness, Solution-Focused Therapy, CBT, and Brainspotting—a brain-body approach used to process and release trauma, emotional pain, and anxiety. I also have experience supporting polyamorous and ethically non-monogamous (ENM) relationships, offering an affirming space to explore identity, relationship dynamics, and personal values.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe healing and personal growth begin in a safe, nonjudgmental therapeutic space grounded in compassion and connection. When clients feel supported and understood, they are better able to explore their authentic selves, build self-awareness, and create meaningful change. I believe the therapeutic relationship should provide the safety and trust needed for clients to grow, heal, and fully be themselves.
