About My Clients
I am dedicated to helping children and adults navigate their emotional challenges and build resilience. I am particularly focused on working with children and adolescents facing anxiety, depression and other mental health concerns such as stress management, trauma and emotional regulation difficulties.
My Background and Approach
At Washington University School of Medicine's Early Emotional Development Program in Psychiatry, I gained hands-on experience with semi-structured diagnostic assessments through research, conducting parent interviews, and collaborating on differential diagnoses. I am now pursuing a Master of Education (MEd) in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the University of Missouri-St. Louis. Additionally, I work as a supervised Graduate Intern in private practice, focusing on child and adolescent mental health. My therapeutic approach combines various evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness techniques, to foster a collaborative and empowering environment for clients. I am committed to helping children and adolescents manage their emotional challenges and develop resilience.
