About My Clients
I help individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges with compassion and practical support. My specialty is working with people who feel stuck, whether in relationships, career, or personal growth, and helping them rediscover balance, confidence, and direction.
My Background and Approach
As a dedicated professional counselor specializing in clinical rehabilitation counseling, mental, and emotional wellness, I am committed to helping you reach your goals. Certified by the National Board for Certified Counselors and the Commission on Rehabilitation Counselor Certification, I bring experience, empathy, and compassion to my practice. I earned my Master of Science in Clinical Rehabilitation Counseling from Mercer University, equipping me with the knowledge and practical skills to support individuals in overcoming a wide range of challenges. In addition to my clinical background, I hold a Master of Public Administration from Kennesaw State University. I have worked in K-12 schools, higher education, and nonprofit organizations developing programs and connecting resources to individuals, families and communities. This combination of clinical and administrative education enables me to approach counseling with a comprehensive perspective.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
In our work together, you’ll find a safe, non-judgmental space where your story is honored, and your goals guide the process. I draw on evidence-based approaches, but tailor every session to your unique needs. That might mean building coping strategies for stress and anxiety, improving communication in your relationships, or exploring patterns that no longer serve you. What I offer is more than just problem-solving, it’s a collaborative journey toward lasting change. My goal is to empower you with tools and insight that support healing, growth, and a deeper sense of well-being. Therapy with me is about creating a space where you feel seen, understood, and supported as you move toward the life you want.
