Our work together will include the 3 fundamental areas of self-growth: How you take care of yourself, talk to yourself, and recover from life hardships and traumas. We will practice compassionate curiosity to discover your true needs and wants waiting to be fulfilled. That's how you will heal and grow. You can expect from me: My genuine self, respect for your journey, and compassionate accountability for your goals. I know it takes a lot of courage to walk in your first session. I have been there. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe compassion comes first in therapy, then you can learn the skills to get unstuck from your past hurt or sabotaging thoughts. I was fortunate to have great therapists help me on my healing journey from Childhood trauma, depression, and Anxiety. So I became a passionate advocate for self-healing and growth, having seen in my own experience the life-changing results of therapy. I believe therapy is a safe space to grow and heal. You are the expert on yourself and I provide the tools and skills that you need for you to get from where you are to where you want to be. I’m the founder of Unlimited Way Therapy where we offer bilingual therapy for people who want to learn strategies to go beyond managing stress, and mood disorders and overcome trauma.
