I earned my Master of Arts in Family and Marriage Therapy from Pfeiffer University, with extensive training in Sex Therapy through the Council for Relationships Post Graduate Certificate Program. In our confidential, judgment-free zone, you can safely discuss any sexual topic. My approach is through a trauma-informed, and caring lens. We will work to remove the shame in talking about sex and things you may often shy away from. I work with you to normalize sex, arousal, desire, and the diversity of human sexuality. Whether you are single, heterosexual, or in a same-sex partnership, wanting and needing a connection is a healthy thing. Intimacy is not just about sex. It is about feeling connected to your partner through sensual touch and the simplicities of hugs, kisses, compliments, being and feeling desired, and affirmed. Our work together will be to improve communication and to increase those interactions that help you be seen, whole, and known.

It takes courage to ask for help. It is courageous to be vulnerable and open yourself up to change. I know that change is inevitable but pain and being stuck are optional. It is my honor and privilege to walk alongside you and help you as you journey within and dare to begin anew. I do not take a ‘one-size-fits-all’ approach. I will patiently work with you, assisting you as you break patterns that keep you from fully showing up in your life and relationships. It is especially important during these moments that you have someone who will listen, affirm, challenge, and not judge. I am person-centered and sessions are tailored to your unique needs. In our judgment free-zone, I will be directive yet attentive; firm but compassionate, as we unravel\address\tackle\detangle your fears, concerns, and life’s stressors.
