My Background and Approach
Through my personal and professional experiences, I can help aid you in the treatment of borderline symptoms, recovering from narcissistic abuse, struggles with self-esteem, family trauma, depression, and anxiety. I use a holistic approach to therapy to assist clients in coping with the impacts of their experiences that could leave even the most efficient person feeling drained and defeated. We’ll focus on healing your mind, body and spirit through a balanced and individualized treatment plan that incorporates mindfulness, self-compassion, and somatic treatments.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that every person has the potential to achieve personal happiness and live a peaceful existence. I suffered from depression, anxiety, and unhealthy relationships, and I was constantly wondering why I couldn't just feel "normal" like everyone else. Through my own therapy and learning, I've overcome my own struggles with mental health and I've been able to live a peaceful life and develop healthy relationships.
