My Background and Approach
I'm going to work with you to grow the seeds of self-compassion so that you can understand and embrace yourself. We can work on solutions and on understanding the underpinnings of your thinking and emotions. If you are living with your family, we may decide to include them in treatment because we all affect each other in the family system.
