My Background and Approach
I work with individuals and couples who are struggling with relationships, the early stages of fatherhood, or trauma. In our sessions, I show up as a real, authentic person in the room with you, and I want to get to know the real you as well. I’m here to support you, to get in the mess with you, and when needed, to challenge you in ways that help you grow. Together, we’ll clarify your values and figure out what truly matters to you, so the work we do directly connects to the kind of person you want to be. I use a blend of evidence-based methods like EMDR, IFS, ACT, EFT, & RLT to help you reach your goals. Each session builds awareness and gives you practical tools to live with more intention and alignment.
