About My Clients
I’m especially drawn to supporting clients who feel pressure around performance, identity, and confidence — and who want a space to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with themselves.
My Background and Approach
Before becoming a therapist, I was a collegiate athlete, a background that deeply informs my work today. My athletic experience gave me firsthand insight into the emotional and mental demands that often come with achievement-focused environments. Paired with my graduate clinical training, this experience has shaped my passion for helping clients build a more compassionate relationship with themselves. My therapeutic approach is client-led and rooted in collaboration and flexibility. I draw from multiple modalities to best meet each client’s unique needs and strive to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel seen, empowered, and respected in their healing process. I hold a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Boston College and currently practice under the supervision of Jana Ross, LMHC, as I pursue independent licensure in Massachusetts.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I practice from an anti-diet, weight inclusive framework.
