My Background and Approach
My experience in both residential and outpatient settings has shaped my practical, skills-based approach. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) to help clients work through difficult thought patterns while developing concrete tools and strategies they can apply outside of sessions to better manage stress, regulate emotions, and feel more in control. While change is the goal, I also believe therapy should be a space where you can speak comfortably about whatever is on your mind whether it’s a specific mental health concern or an irritating interaction on the drive over. My office comes with no judgment, and I am here to walk with you through whatever you might be facing.
