I’m a psychotherapist with over six years of experience working in the mental health field. In therapy, you can expect me to be fully present with you as you explore past experiences, negative cycles, and what makes you you. Warmth and a sense of humor are crucial parts of my therapeutic process. I have an eclectic person-centered style that uses elements of psychodynamic theory, narrative therapy, and attachment theory.
