My clients are adults working on living their most authentic & fulfilling lives in all areas. This often looks like working with me to improve certain areas of their life around relationships and frustrations in relationships. Think-- dating, marriage, parenting, coworkers, and how to navigate these relationships with more freedom, authenticity, and ease. My clients come in feeling stuck or overwhelmed and together we find a path to freedom with less stress and more choices for the future.
My Background and Approach
I was a music agent for 15 years and lived and worked in Los Angeles as well as Nasvhille. Therapy is a calling and a passion. I pride myself on finding what works for each client and have been trained in cutting edge therapies by some of the world's leading experts in therapy/counseling.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe there are no bad people, only bad choices, and that the whole world could benefit from more permission to speak and live in truth, unapologetically.
