About My Clients
I work with queer and neurodivergent folks, women, teens, and parents of LGBTQ+ youth navigating change, identity, or life transitions. In a calm, curious space, we explore anxiety, body shame, societal pressures, and past wounds. Together, we reflect, build resilience, and uncover what feels authentic and possible for your life—at your pace, just as you are.
My Background and Approach
With a background in advocacy and a passion for supporting clients through systems, identity, and societal pressures, I use trauma-informed, liberation-focused, and relational approaches to help you understand patterns, build resilience, and create a meaningful, authentic life—where your whole self is seen, valued, and honored.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am a proud, queer therapist dedicated to supporting marginalized communities and advocating for social justice. I believe therapy is most effective when it centers lived experience, acknowledges systemic barriers, and creates space for authentic self-expression. I actively support LGBTQ+ and BIPOC individuals and families and strive to bring that same lens of care and advocacy to my work. Outside of therapy, I’m drawn to causes that promote equity, inclusion, and community connection.
