About My Clients
I work with all demographics of clients, including LGBTQ+ individuals, new parents, immigrant families, and young professionals. My clients want to succeed on their mental health journey and are motivated to find support.
My Background and Approach
Our first session is used for both me and the client to provide and gather information and consider what major goals we would like to focus on during treatment. We then begin to build rapport and establish manageable and measurable objectives in the following sessions. Throughout the process, clients will be prompted to reflect on their progress. If a client requests homework to be done outside of sessions, I will work with them on finding achievable tasks that will not overwhelm them but will help them progress toward their mental health goals.
