About My Clients
My clients are often dealing with depression, anxiety, suicidal thoughts, relationship issues, family conflict, grief, past and current trauma, among other issues. I meet with individuals, couples, and families – adolescent ages and up. I can help you grow in self-awareness, process past trauma and hurt, support personal wholeness and interpersonal connection.
My Background and Approach
At some point in your life, you faced situations that brought depression, anxiety, emotional disconnect, and trauma. It might be difficult to imagine and believe that the scars of your past don’t have to define your present and determine your future. You can experience having true and helpful thoughts about yourself, knowing how to manage your reactions to others, and fearlessly expressing your thoughts and feelings. Ultimately, you want to be whole and feel connected in your relationships. If you find yourself in a season of life where you are in crisis or you can no longer suppress and try to numb your pain and hurt, there is hope for you to gain more clarity about your thoughts and feelings, process the impact of past and current painful situations on your daily life, and change the unhealthy patterns in your relationships.
