About My Clients

You may be feeling anxious, overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, or stuck in patterns that are hard to break. I work with children, teens, college students, adults, veterans, and families navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem, stress, identity concerns, family or relationship challenges, academic stress, and life transitions. I also offer therapy in English and Spanish for clients who want a space where their culture, story, and lived experiences are honored.

My Background and Approach

I am an LCMHCA and bilingual therapist with Good Human Counseling Services, PLLC. My approach is warm, supportive, practical, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive. I believe therapy should feel like a space where you can slow down, feel heard, and begin making sense of what you have been carrying. I support children, teens, college students, adults, veterans, and families navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem, stress, academic pressure, family or relationship concerns, cultural identity, and life transitions. My style is client-centered and collaborative. I draw from person-centered therapy, CBT-informed tools, solution-focused therapy, motivational interviewing, narrative therapy, mindfulness, coping skills, and trauma-informed care. Together, we may explore patterns, build coping tools, strengthen boundaries, process difficult experiences, and create a path forward that feels grounded and authentic to you.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe therapy should be real, compassionate, and culturally affirming. You do not have to show up perfectly, have the right words, or know exactly where to begin. I value creating a space where clients can feel safe being honest about their pain, confusion, grief, identity, relationships, and hopes for the future. As a bilingual Latina therapist, I understand how culture, family expectations, identity, language, and lived experience can shape the way we see ourselves and move through the world. I care deeply about providing therapy that is affirming, inclusive, and respectful of each client’s story. I am especially passionate about supporting clients who are learning to trust themselves, heal from difficult experiences, set boundaries, reconnect with their worth, and navigate transitions with more confidence and self-compassion. My hope is that clients leave therapy feeling less alone, more understood, and more equipped to face life with honesty and gentleness toward themselves.
