About My Clients
I provide therapy to adults living throughout the state of California (through Telehealth). Some of the clients who I have worked with include young professionals, college students, individuals going through life transitions, first time therapy clients, as well as other mental health professionals. I have experience working with individuals facing a variety of life situations including but not limited to anxiety, depression, grief, phase of life adjustments and stress.

My approach is tailored to each person’s individual needs so that they can make progress toward their mental health goals. You can expect to be welcomed into a warm and inviting space during therapy sessions. Some of the support I have provided includes collaborating with clients to identify solutions, develop coping skills, increase self-care, learn how to communicate effectively and learn how to manage/express emotions.
